“Ah—— What are you? Crazy?”
Stone-like rain drops cracked against the windowpane restlessly. Towers of dark clouds gathered around the tiny car. The wind was roaring furiously. It was hard to see anything around.Brimmed with extreme fear, A grasped Z’s collar tightly and shouted “ Why on earth did you bring me here? You liar!” Yet all he got was “ Let’s get off the car!”
A was dragged off the car by Z. Outside the car was sea, just a few steps ahead. A couldn’t help stepping back trembling, for it was the first time that he had ever seen the sea, which was totally not what A imagined it to be. It should be peaceful and quiet but now it turned stormy, just like his feelings for Z. “ What are you doing! Take me back! Now!” “No! You said you wanted a look of sea! Few had ever seen sea like this! How wild! How outright! How romantic!” Z ran towards sea, laughing out loud with his arms stretching.
A was left there. He looked up. There was no more clear boundaries between sea and sky. He seemed lost in the howling wind and the wildness of the nature around him. He felt the storm, both outside and inside.“ Why not?” He thought. The second he made up his mind and turned around, however, he felt something on his lips. It was Z.
Two hearts were bonded on that stormy night.
